About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the entire sales journey. You'll leverage your communication skills to understand client needs, present tailored insurance solutions, and close deals. This role is perfect for those who are eager to take ownership of their sales process and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Full Sales Cycle Management: Independently manage all stages of the sales process, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to needs assessment, proposal presentation, and final deal closure.
Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport and trust with clients over the phone and via video conferencing, even without in-person interaction.
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand individual client needs, financial situations, and insurance requirements.
Solution Presentation: Clearly and effectively present insurance product benefits and features, explaining how they meet client needs.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress towards sales goals.
Communication Excellence: Utilize phone, video, and written communication to engage with prospects and clients professionally and persuasively.
Product Knowledge: Continuously learn and stay updated on insurance products and industry trends.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be 18 or older.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a mobile device.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over virtual channels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, essential for managing a sales pipeline end-to-end.

Compensation and Benefits
