Ensure full compliance with federal Regulation E guidelines during all dispute intake and documentation processes.

Record customer transaction dispute details accurately within internal database systems.

Investigate transaction entry modes, account histories, and supporting data to verify claim details.

Provide clear, professional updates and responses to customer inquiries regarding open dispute cases.

Maintain steady productivity and meet daily departmental performance goals while managing occasional interruptions.

Uphold dependable, punctual attendance for all assigned shifts.

Assist with related clerical and administrative projects as assigned by leadership.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Prior experience handling financial disputes, chargebacks, or banking inquiries.

Familiarity with electronic fund transfer regulations and standard banking procedures.

Demonstrated aptitude for rapid data entry and digital record keeping.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Complete bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, including verbal and written communication.

Prior professional experience in a customer service call center environment.

Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, alongside standard office computer systems.

Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet scheduled deadlines.

Demonstrated history of maintaining productive working relationships with colleagues in a cooperative team environment.
