Requirements :
Develop and deliver high quality English language lessons for learners of all levels in a
training center setting.
Employ innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
Customize lesson plans to meet the specific needs and learning objectives of individual
students and groups.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their language
acquisition and skill development.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and supported to succeed.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations and adapt teaching strategies
accordingly.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources for continuous
improvement.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
Stay abreast of current trends and developments in ESL education and integrate them into
teaching practices.
