divh2Job Title / h2pWe seek candidates across the United States close to major airport to work remotely in a home-based office with regular and frequent travel to customer sites. This position performs on-site data collection for facility condition assessments (FCA), property condition assessments (PCA / PCNA), and asset tagging / inventory assignments across diverse property types, including multifamily housing, senior housing, educational (K-12 and higher education), commercial, industrial, municipal, and military / federal facilities. This positions primary responsibility is field-based data collection - capturing photos, quantities, and observable conditions using standardized mobile platforms. Depending on experience, team members may also assist with or prepare written reports and cost data. / ppSpecifically, you will : / pulliConduct on-site facility and building condition assessments for multifamily, senior, educational, commercial, industrial, municipal, and federal / military properties. / liliCollect data on building systems, finishes, and site components using company software (FastField, iAuditor, AkitaBox, or Quire). / liliPerform asset tagging inventory, labeling MEP equipment with barcodes / QRs and reconciling to client databases. / liliCapture clear, well-labeled digital photographs of systems and deficiencies. / liliRecord accurate quantities, serial numbers, dimensions, ages, and condition ratings. / liliSupport senior assessors and project managers with RSMeans-based cost estimating and capital-planning data (5-, 10-, and 20-year horizons). / liliAssist with report assembly and technical writing as assigned. / liliAdhere to all site safety requirements and maintain professional communication with property contacts. / li / ulpWe seek candidates with : / pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent, required / lili2+ years experience in building inspection, facility assessment, or related fieldwork. / liliStrong attention to detail and organizational accuracy. / liliGeneral understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site / civil systems. / liliProficiency with tablets, mobile apps, Microsoft Office, and digital photography. / liliExcellent written / verbal communication and teamwork skills. / liliValid drivers license is required with no significant MVA points / violations (clean driving record). / liliMust possess company values of Entrepreneurial Spirit, Results, Integrity and Customer Focus / li / ulpPreferred Qualifications / pulliExperience performing FCAs, PCAs, or PCNAs for multifamily, senior, educational, commercial, or government facilities. / liliFamiliarity with ASTM E2018, Uniformat II, and HUD CNA e-Tool. / liliWorking knowledge of RSMeans or equivalent cost databases. / liliPreferred certifications (not required) : / liulliICC Inspector / Plans Examiner (B1, M1, Accessibility) / liliOSHA 10 or 30-Hour Safety / liliCPSI, AHERA Asbestos Inspector, or FAA Part 107 Drone License / li / ulliExperience using Bluebeam, Monday.com, Quire, Akitabox, or similar tools. / li / ulpAdditionally, you will be required to : / pulliStand / walk 68 hours per day on large sites. / liliClimb ladders, stairs, access roofs, attics, crawlspaces. / liliLift / carry tools and equipment up to 3050 lbs. / liliWork indoors and outdoors in variable weather. / liliOperate tablets and cameras for extended periods. / liliUse required PPE at all times. / liliRemote-based with frequent travel (5075%). / liliFieldwork in occupied and unoccupied facilities. / liliOccasional evening or weekend work may be required. / liliTypical travel assignments 310 days in duration. / li / ul / div
