State Fire is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, Utah . As a regional leader in fire protection, we specialize in the installation, service, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, alarm monitoring, special hazard suppression systems, fire sprinklers, security systems, and more.
We’re looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in doing the job right, someone with strong technical ability, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to quality and safety. What You’ll Do
- Install, inspect, service, and maintain a variety of fire alarm systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair systems as needed, including emergency or warranty calls.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and testing in accordance with NFPA and local standards.
- Coordinate work efficiently with project managers, property managers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all job site safety and compliance protocols.
- Occasionally travel to other regions based on project needs.
