Responsibilities for Food Runner at Zuna Nightclub and Restaurant
- Rapid and Accurate Delivery : Ensure timely and precise delivery of food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables, maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
- Liaison Between Front and Back of House : Serve as the crucial point of contact between Front of House and Back of House staff, facilitating smooth and efficient communication.
- Order Communication : Clearly communicate food orders to chefs, paying close attention to priorities such as special requests and food allergies to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
- Guest Interaction : Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns about their orders and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assisting Service Staff : Support servers and other staff by ensuring that all food items are delivered promptly and correctly, helping to maintain a seamless flow of service.
- Bilingual Communication : Utilize bilingual skills in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with guests and staff, ensuring clear and accurate interactions in a diverse environment.
