While we excel at robust backend architecture, we're investing heavily in elevating our user interfaces to match our technical excellence.
We're seeking a Senior UI Front-End Developer to revolutionize how our applications look and feel. You'll be our UI champion, bridging the gap between powerful functionality and beautiful, intuitive user experiences. This is a chance to significantly impact our product design direction and build a modern front-end architecture from the ground up. Further, it is a chance to lean into creating meaningful work by taking chaos and potential into beauty, order, and design for human flourishing.
- Lead the design and implementation of beautiful, responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks, including React
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive component library and design system
- Create smooth, engaging user interactions and animations
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs effectively
- Mentor other developers in modern front-end practices
- Drive our transition toward a more polished, professional UI / UX
- Ensure consistent design across multiple applications
- Note : This is a position where you will need to track your billable hours against client and internal projects
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience
- Expert-level knowledge of React and its ecosystem
- Strong command of modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, animations, Sass / Less)
- Experience with UI component libraries (Material-UI, Tailwind, etc.)
- Deep understanding of UI / UX principles and best practices
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience with consuming designs from tools like Figma
- Understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, current web and mobile gestures)
- Exposure to UI testing frameworks
- Background in visual design or UI / UX design
- Experience with .NET environments
