We are seeking a Restaurant Manager-in-Training position to join our team for all Dough Zone restaurants located in California State (San Mateo, Cupertino, North San Jose, South San Jose, and Walnut Creek) .

• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Develop a high-performing team by coaching, creating development plans, and building skills through training to grow our future team leaders Drive sales by partnering with the District Manager, and team members to execute excellent operations.

Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications:
