The role of a Human Resources Expert can provide you with the :
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Experience using basic Microsoft Office Suite computer and workforce management programs
- Ability to effectively use scheduling software
As a Human Resources Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities :
Support your leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience. Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks. When a guest needs assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs. Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible. All other duties based on business needs.
