Position Summary
Contribute to the growth of ENTEC by providing professional consulting to our clients regarding their HVAC facility needs. Evaluate client requirements and offer solutions which represent the best performance and lowest total cost of ownership. Determine the projected time frame needed to complete a project and additional factors such as labor needs, materials, budgets, and potential setbacks. Work with the outside sales team and project managers to ensure a positive outcome for our clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Supporting the Sales Team in estimating mechanical projects and support contracts
- Building estimates within the tools provided and collaborating with sales to meet or exceed target margins
- Providing design assistance on mechanical projects as needed including working within other Entec teams such as Building Automation Systems and Engineering
- Assisting the Sales Team in determining whether the work can be executed in-house or if it should be subcontracted
- Planning field time with each territory rep on a monthly and as-needed basis
- Conducting Sales Team training monthly as coordinated with your supervisor
- Creating and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and partners
- Working closely with Project Managers to ensure the best possible outcome of each project from both a performance and profitability perspective
- Attending all scheduled sales and company meetings as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
