Job Title : IT Asset Inventory Analyst

SUMMARY :

As an IT Asset Inventory Analyst, your developed computer skills, inventory management experience and multitasking abilities make you a crucial part of assuring quality and longevity of assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Asset Management. Manage systems and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties and service level agreements for hardware and software; record transactional activities to manage versioning and licensing compliance; conduct software and licensing audits as needed; manage order acknowledgement, prepare shortage and backlog reports and provide visibility of potential interruption; complete monthly financial chargebacks and submit to Accounts Payable for reconciliation
• Tracking. Track orders and confirm system lead times, delivery dates and costs; resolve order discrepancies in a timely manner; track operational and capital funding to ensure that the budget is in line with forecast
• General Management. Perform daily stock room duties across multiple locations; receive inventory, update inventory management system (i.e., Sphere), conduct internal audits and monitor equipment inventory levels; troubleshoot and resolve tickets for issues and process new requests for hardware / software for customers
