Requirements7+ years of professional software engineering experience3+ years of technical leadership or engineering management experience3+ years of hands-on coding experience in Go, Java, and/or JavaScriptProven experience designing and deploying secure, scalable systemsStrong architectural and systems thinkingExperience leading agile engineering teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage distributed or remote teams
