Dekker is hiring experienced Project Architects for our El Paso team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the production of a wide variety of projects. Responsibilities

• Be a key part of Dekker as we step into our next phase of growth and evolution in architectural design
• Lead Client-based teams through all phases of a projects development
• Knowledge of essential metrics for a wide spectrum of projects
• Work with clients to improve their process and flow
• Maintain and build Client-based institutional knowledge
• Mentor and teach staff, and build the overall capacity of the firms teams
• Be engaged in continual research, teaching, and dialog on architectural design innovations
• Lead pursuits of new projects, clients, and markets
• Engage and participate firm-wide in projects across multiple offices
