Job Summary (List Format) for Labor & Delivery Travel Nurse :

\n- Location Restrictions :

\n- Candidates with an Arizona (AZ) home address on their driver’s license will not be considered; copy of license required in application.

\n

\n- Experience Requirements :

\n- Minimum of 24 months current Labor & Delivery experience is required .

\n

\n- Certification Requirements :

\n- All certifications must be American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross and active upon submission.

\n- Required certifications : ACLS, PALS, NRP, BLS.

\n- Certification documents must be included in submission.

\n

\n- License Requirements :

\n- Must have an active Arizona RN license at time of submission (verification must be less than 30 days old).

\n- No license “hits” (disciplinary actions).

\n

\n- Travel Experience :

\n- Prior travel nursing experience is preferred .

\n

\n

\n- All departments, locations, and shifts the candidate is willing to accept must be listed.

\n- All RTO (Requested Time Off) must be noted; cannot exceed 7 days and not approved in the first week or for holidays.

\n

\n- Assignment Details :

\n- Start date should be on or very soon after the order start date.

\n- Weekend and on-call schedules will be determined by the facility.

\n
