Key Responsibilities

Safely and accurately apply fertilizers and weed control treatments.

Diagnose lawn issues and provide expert solutions during customer interactions.

Measure properties and offer quotes for TruGreen services.

Maintain detailed records of treatments, customer requests, and service notes.

Represent TruGreen with pride while driving to customer homes in a company vehicle.

Inspect and clean vehicles and equipment daily to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Engage in upselling services to existing customers during visits and calls.

Contribute to the upkeep of our facilities as part of our collaborative team culture.

What You Bring to the Table

A high school diploma or GED.

Preferred experience in horticulture, landscaping, customer service, or related fields.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Able to obtain a DOT medical card.

Ability to read and interpret work instructions and complete documentation accurately.

Basic math skills for measuring properties and calculating product needs.

Strong communication abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills and reliability.

Physical Requirements
