Unidine is hiring immediately for full time and part time COOK positions.

• Location : Crestview Retirement Community - 2505 East Villa Maria Road, Bryan, TX 77802.
• Schedule : Full time and part time schedules; Days and hours may vary. Weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Holiday hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Prior line cook experience is required. Cooking in senior living healthcare, restaurant, and Food Handler certification is preferred.

Job Summary

Summary :   Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
