Machine Operator Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

Equipment Performance & Maintenance :

Ensure and learn to operate the equipment’s in the packing lines.

Ensure equipment is operating at peak performance and able to meet production requirements.

Oversee predictive maintenance on equipment during the CIL & PM days.

Quick problem solving and critical thinking with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Safety & Quality Compliance.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments at the packing areas.

Implement corrective actions for identified hazards.

Attention to Detail and ability to ensure quality control and identify problems or defects in packed products.

Perform quality audits on respective equipment. Process Improvement :

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime in equipment’s.

Collaborate with engineering and horizontal teach support teams on equipment training.

Machine Operator Shift Info

Night Shift, 6pm to 6 : 30am

Friday - Sunday

Machine Operator Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

experience preferred

Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Able to pass a background check

Able to work in the US

Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting

Training, certification, or degree from a technical college or vocational school preferred

Knowledge using Microsoft Suite

Experience using CAD (computer-aided design) and CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) software programs

High mathematical and mechanical acuity with experience reading blueprints and schematics

Ability to accurately read blueprints, sketches and / or computer-aided designs

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Able to pass a background check

Able to work in the US
