Who we are looking for :
This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Mail Room and Record Services which includes Custodial oversight and reconciliation, and Lien Release Management.
What you’ll do :
- Index funding packages which include identifying the document name and purpose of each document.
- Scan new / updated documentation into appropriate borrower files.
- Supervise staff including team member training and coaching, annual reviews, and attendance monitoring
- Perform the daily collection, scanning and distribution of incoming mail, both USPS and express services
- Responsible for outgoing mail processing for both USPS and express services
- Management of original loan documents through the intake, request and return process, to the various Document Custodians
- Oversight, file coordination and exception management of the lien releases to ensure all releases are recorded within state mandated timelines
