Mail Clerk Distribution

Onsite - 2842 Business Park Drive, Memphis, TN

Pay : $18 per hour

Schedule : Sunday - Thursday, 6 : 00 PM - 2 : 30 AM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Clerk to manage the preparation of incoming and outgoing mail for distribution. This role requires an individual with a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. The Mail Clerk will ensure timely sorting, staging, and delivery of mail using a First In-First Out system to support operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Sort, stage, and color code incoming mail for distribution
• Receive and sort mail, packages, and supply orders for other departments or individuals.
• Scan and handle priority, express, certified mail, and FedEx packages.
• Prepare and print FedEx air bills for outgoing packages.
• Ensure couriers sign for all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Open and distribute FedEx packages to appropriate departments.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
