Transporter
Under the direction of the Department Director, the Transporter is responsible for the transportation of patients by wheelchair or gurney between the emergency room and the patient's room to the C T, Nuclear Medicine or MRI in a safe manner. Is also responsible for processing daily charges generated in C T.
Qualifications:
- Previous radiology or hospital experience preferred.
- May be trained on the job with experience working with geriatric, adult, adolescent, and pediatric.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- General education level.
- Written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills.
- Basic organizational and computer skills.
- Current BLS Certification.
- CPI is required within 30 days of hire.
