This position will support Project Managers and provide essential administrative assistance to ensure the smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Track project progress and update project management tools.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Support the preparation of presentations and project proposals.
