A company is looking for an Avionics Mechanical Engineer (Harness) to design and test hardware for aerospace applications.Key Responsibilities : Define hardware interfaces and design detailed harnesses, including routing and environmental protection enclosuresInstall and test hardware on a remotely operated aircraftCollaborate with avionics, mechanical, and integration teams to ensure cohesive hardware assemblyRequired Qualifications : BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience2+ years of experience in mechanical or avionics hardware designExperience with NX routing and Capital Harness DesignerKnowledge of connectors, backshells, EMI shielding, and cable / wire protection methodsExperience designing and analyzing structural mounts
