Salary : $115K–$130K
Schedule : Hybrid (Remote 2 Days / First Month Onsite for Training)
Job Summary :
Seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer who wants to work on diverse and challenging projects. You’ll provide engineering design, evaluation, and planning of mechanical systems for healthcare, science & technology, education, and commercial projects. No two projects are the same—this role offers the opportunity to build a broad and impactful portfolio.
Job Duties :
Provide engineering design, evaluation, and planning of mechanical systems across multiple market sectors
Perform Load / Energy calculations using Trace 700, Carrier HAP, or similar programs
Conduct building surveys and document existing HVAC systems with senior engineers
Develop system design calculations and equipment selection
Write / edit project specifications
Prepare detailed design documents, reports, and studies
Conduct code compliance research
Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure project success
Provide construction administration services
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience (healthcare, education, or commercial preferred)
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Experience with Trace 700, Carrier HAP, and similar programs
