Location: California
Position Overview:
A well-established and growing mechanical contractor in California is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex HVAC and plumbing projects. This organization is known for its long-standing reputation for excellence, strong company culture, and commitment to employee success.
Project Types:
Higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HVAC and plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project teams
Identify and resolve project and team challenges efficiently
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
Qualifications:
5+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing project management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven project budgeting and financial management experience
Highly organized with excellent prioritization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
