QUALIFICATIONS :
- Understanding of network upgrades, identity management, and security enhancements.
- Project Lifecycle Management – Ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with District goals.
- Stakeholder Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide updates and manage expectations.
- Budget & Resource Management – Experience in cost estimation, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation – Ability to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Process Optimization – Skilled in refining workflows and improving efficiency across IT projects.
- Project Management Tools – Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Smartsheet, and other PM platforms.
- Team Coordination – Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments.
