We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Stockton, California. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple states. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with expertise managing payroll for mid-sized organizations.

Responsibilities :

• Process full-cycle payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
• Manage payroll operations for a workforce of 101-500 employees across multiple states.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to efficiently handle payroll tasks and reporting.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring employee satisfaction.
• Prepare and file payroll tax documents in accordance with relevant laws.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure seamless payroll integration.
• Stay updated on payroll-related legislation and implement changes as required.
• Generate reports and provide payroll data analysis to support organizational decision-making.
• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
• Familiarity with multi-state payroll operations and regulations.
• Expertise in managing payroll for organizations with 101-500 employees.
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll tax filings and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve payroll issues promptly and effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and address employee inquiries.
