Financial Management Staff - Level 4 What You Will Be Doing The Financial Management Staff Level 4 role supports the day-to-day execution of ADP Program Finance activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring program financial integrity through the development, maintenance, and analysis of program cost, schedule, and performance data. The role requires strong analytical capability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while supporting multiple program finance functions across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities - Establish, maintain, and manage Performance Measurement Baselines (PMBs) for assigned programs - Perform analysis and reconciliation of actual costs against budgets and forecasts - Develop and maintain Estimate at Complete (EAC) projections in support of program financial planning - Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including selection and application of appropriate Earned Value techniques - Perform variance analysis (cost, schedule, and performance) and clearly communicate drivers to leadership - Utilize enterprise financial and scheduling toolsets such as Deltek, Cobra, and wInsight to execute reporting and analysis activities - Conduct detailed program cost analyses, including cost allocation and cost control tracking - Support preparation of financial reports, contractual deliverables, and program performance documentation - Assist in the development, documentation, and tracking of corrective action plans to address cost and performance variances - Prepare financial analysis and summaries for presentation to various levels of program and functional leadership - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and contractual requirements

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
