HTS has a vibrant look and brand promise one that reflects our company-wide commitment to ensure the individual success of all those involved in a project's HVAC system selection, design, purchase, installation and maintenance including our employees, suppliers, customers and end users.
Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive)
Perform assigned HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting tasks safely in a commercial and industrial setting. Service, diagnose and troubleshoot various commercial systems including packaged rooftops, split systems, boilers, chillers, etc. Perform preventative maintenance and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
Ability to follow and communicate instructions and directions both verbally and written. Mastery of HVAC components and terminology. Experience with inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment Experience w / HVAC systems start-up / commissioning Working knowledge of HVAC concepts related to leak detection, evacuation, recovery, charging, heath pumps and air quality systems, Working knowledge of service tools and testing devices Ability to follow and communicate instructions and directions both verbally and written.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma Required. Technical school preferred. OSHA 10 Preferred EPA Certified Valid Drivers' License Minimum 10 plus years of HVAC experience required.
Physical requirements
Required to stand, walk, and sit. Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Use hand (s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls. Reach with hand (s) and arm (s). Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds. Drive.
