Outpatient Therapist - Glendale, AZ Facility

Aurora Behavioral Health System is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Glendale facility. This role reports directly to the Director of Outpatient Services and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals across various levels of care.

What You'll Do

As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on mental health, chemical dependency, DBT skills, telehealth, and adolescent care at PHP and IOP levels.
• Collaborate with the Director of Outpatient Services to design a schedule that aligns with your availability and clinical strengths.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Complete all required documentation promptly, in accordance with hospital, state, and regulatory guidelines.
• Meet hospital productivity standards while delivering high-quality, client-centered care.

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Licensed in Counseling or Social Work (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience conducting assessments in a behavioral health setting
• Minimum 1 year of counseling experience in a behavioral health setting
• 1-3 years of experience in utilization review within behavioral health
• Must be 21 years of age or older
