Job descriptionMaintain a clean work site Install plumbing systems Train apprentices and laborers Maintain a positive workplace Review the materials needed for the job well in advance Review and maintain project productivity Install plumbing systems under the direction of the project Foreman or Supervisor Self-motivated, reliable, high integrity, and excellent customer service Valid State Journeyman's Plumbing License Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record Experience with large commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and TI projects 3 years of experience as a Journeyman is preferred, but not required Ability to read and follow plans and specs Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
