A company is looking for a Supporting Process Redesign Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in process mapping sessions to capture current-state workflows and identify improvement opportunities
Support the development of future-state process documentation, including workflow diagrams and SOPs
Assist in pilot planning activities and deliver training for supervisors and agents adopting new processes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis, preferably in healthcare, technology, or government
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and documentation skills, with experience creating process maps or workflow materials
Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma concepts
Must be a US Citizen with the ability and willingness to acquire a U.S. Public Trust
