Bachelors Degree (ideally business, accounting, economics, math)

Strength with verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have :

Experience in pipeline tariffs, contracts, operations and / or gas accounting

Job Description :

Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, producers, and pipeline partners to coordinate natural gas scheduling and transportation activities. Responsible for preparing manual transportation invoices, monitoring collections, and ensuring timely payment of transportation and balancing charges. Manages shipper and OBA imbalances in accordance with tariff requirements and pipeline operating conditions, utilizing operational balancing tools such as OFOs as needed to minimize financial exposure.

Provides responsive customer support to resolve transportation, imbalance, and billing inquiries, and supports transportation marketers by delivering accurate, timely account information. Maintains regular communication with assigned customer accounts, conducts special analyses related to customer inquiries, develops and enhances electronic communication processes, and produces routine operational reports. Ability to work a rotating or alternate schedule as required.
