Summary :

The Log-In Specialist enters data per product that is sent to the Warranty Department by individual consumers and retailers / dealers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Regular attendance is an essential function of this job. Other Duties may be assigned.

• Log product information into data system to include customer information and put comments in as to special instructions as given in notes.
• Read notes carefully and inspect products for problems.
• Handling one product at a time, read customer letter to determine reason for return.
• Create a work order by listing repairs to be done and assigning time values and dollar amount to them.
• Determine if warranty covers damages or items returned for credit or replacement.
• Prioritize repairs depending on time constraints or other special circumstances.

Special Requirements :

Hiring Range :

11.52 USD - $14.40 USD per hour

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
