Job Description

The Program Coordinator (PC) is the lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Adult Day Program. This is a hands-on, working leadership role. As a PC, you will be actively supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) on the floor each day, while also helping guide staff and support overall program operations.

  • Reinforce proper documentation practices and program expectations with staff
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Assist with basic program operations, including supplies, scheduling support, and facility needs

Qualifications

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Services, Special Education, or related field is preferred. Or, equivalent training/experience in disability services will be considered
