Pay : $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience

Location : Sandy, Oregon onsite position
Overview : The Specialized Recruiting Group is partnering with a locally owned construction company based in Sandy, Oregon, to recruit for the essential role of Civil Construction Senior Estimator / Project Manager. This position is key to ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and driving project profitability. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of business objectives, strategic foresight, and exceptional leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Estimation :
- Actively identify and pursue new bidding opportunities.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships to enhance bid prospects.
- Prepare precise and prompt job estimates and bids, ensuring :
- Detailed takeoff reports for accurate cost estimation.
- Comprehensive review of all bidding prerequisites, including pre-qualifications, schedules, wages, and special requirements.
- Accurate and timely entry of bid details into HCSS Estimating software, followed by submission for approval.
- Efficient management of client interactions regarding estimates, swiftly resolving queries and concerns.
