Job descriptionWorking knowledge of estimating all HVAC & mechanical construction work Capable of conceptual estimating and developing total cost packages Can quickly develop order-of-magnitude pricing recaps Up to date with current market conditions including unit pricing Estimates consistent with the plan to build Proficient with Procore Understand and review Sub change pricing accordingly for accuracy Lead a team of HVAC estimators 10+ years of experience in estimating and quantity take-offs Valid Driver's license A positive attitude, good work ethic, respect, detail-oriented, and time-management skills are necessary. Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
