Your Responsibilities
- Oversee partner communication for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring proactive and clear updates.
- Coordinate with various departments, vendors, and support teams to maintain alignment in project execution.
- Handle orders (standard, special, drop ship) and manage exceptions (backorders, substitutions, bill-and-hold, special handling, freight constraints).
- Resolve time-sensitive issues related to orders, freight, products, and accounts receivable; escalate recurring issues as needed.
- Verify order accuracy and communicate status and resolutions effectively to partners.
- Assist with promotions outreach and partner planning using dashboards/reporting tools.
- Support ForeSight users with basic troubleshooting and guided escalation; document recurring issues to help enhance processes.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.

- Forming strong working relationships with internal teams and your assigned partners.
- Understanding the order flow, systems, and escalation procedures.

Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, account support, operations, or a similar field.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
- Professionalism, accountability, and a keen attention to detail; comfortable collaborating across teams.
- Familiarity with ERP/order tools/support platforms preferred, such as Outlook, Teams, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of professional pest management products or experience in the industry preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
- Frequent use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers).
- Capability to move throughout the office as required for collaboration with teams.
- Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 15 pounds.
Salary Description:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
