Job descriptionCurate research on the client portal, prioritizing high-profile content Organize, tag, and rank research to create thematic collections and pages Develop digital elements (theme pages, graphics, interactive features) Work with designers to create infographics, promotional assets, and exhibits Maintain editorial / design libraries (glossaries, style guides, templates) Build and maintain layouts for frequently used pages and report styles Strong analytical, organizational, and editorial skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage fast-paced daily editorial flow Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Strong relationship and communication skills Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Audition, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) Financial markets knowledge and experience Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS Adobe Creative Suite : Audition, Premiere Pro, Photoshop Familiarity with CMS tools; Adobe Experience Manager a plus

Hourly : $20-27.50 / hr
Role Overview :
This role partners with the Managing Editor for GIR on a global team supporting the firm’s digital content strategy. It offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of how sell-side research is packaged and presented to clients.
Core Responsibilities :
- Edit audio and video content for the Research portal (trimming, stitching, overlays, exporting)
- Partner with analysts and supervisory analysts to coordinate edits and approvals
- Publish multimedia content and ensure it appears across portal and mobile platforms
- Assemble weekly recap and replay “push products”
- Support replay strategies for major events and conferences
