As our Sr. Purchasing Manager, you will conduct purchasing processes to include vendor solicitation and pre-qualification; contract bidding, negotiation, and award; vendor performance feedback and monitoring; dispute resolution; and vendor management. Validate contracts for communities. To join our team as a Sr. Purchasing Manager, a bachelor's degree in construction management or similar discipline and 4-6 years of experience in purchasing procurement activities in the construction industry is preferred. You must maintain a valid driver's license. K.
