We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Windows systems, scripting, and technical support in a medium to large Active Directory environment.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Triage, route, and repair incoming service incidents (phone, email, and portal).
- Adhere to company standards for service delivery.
- Deliver superior customer service to end users in a remote call center environment.
- Report to the Service Desk Manager.
- Perform each essential function satisfactorily to accomplish the job successfully.
