Job descriptionMinimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with installing and managing applications on Windows 7 and 10 systems in an automated fashion. Experience working in a medium to large Active Directory environment with Windows Server 2008R2, 2012, and / or 2016. Scripting experience with PowerShell, batch files, VBScript, Perl, or similar scripting languages. Administering and managing SCCM for system configuration and software deployments1. Actively scripting and packaging in the current role, with experience scripting the installation of more than one hundred (100) applications. Ability to design, manage, troubleshoot, and diagnose software problems related to Windows 10 workstations, including the operating system and complex third-party applications. Strong technical support skills and excellent customer service skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Windows systems, scripting, and technical support in a medium to large Active Directory environment.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Triage, route, and repair incoming service incidents (phone, email, and portal).
- Adhere to company standards for service delivery.
- Deliver superior customer service to end users in a remote call center environment.
- Report to the Service Desk Manager.
- Perform each essential function satisfactorily to accomplish the job successfully.
