Job descriptionResponsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of a 16 bed Crisis Respite facility. Must be on duty 40 hours per week and must be available by telephone after hours and on weekends. On - Call Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training of all staff members Manage and supervise behavioral health staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care. Scheduling staff shifts and contacting HR with any staffing concerns. Be familiar with The Wood Group's policy and procedures to include employee handbook. Responsible for assuring that all state standards and facility procedures are implemented, followed and updated as required. Have ability to multitask and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a busy working environment. Good time management, organization, attention to detail, and computer proficiency are integral. Ability to respond with individuals and staff with patience, empathy, and understanding. Responsible for assuring all residents are treated with dignity and respect. Working hand in hand with the Behavioral Health Authority on all issues and concerns of the residents. Immediately report all abuse, neglect or exploitation and medication errors to The Wood Group's Client Rights Officer. Performs related work as assigned by Corporate Officers. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for clients and staff. Healthcare Vision Dental Colonial Life Ins. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting a positive and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Fulltime shift
- Monday to Friday - 7am to 3pm
