Job Overview :
The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high- quality software solutions to support Docketly's products and services. Regularly collaborates with development and QA teams to ensure consistent, high- quality code delivery and participates in continuous improvement of software performance and maintainability. This position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement maintainable, high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Continuously improve efficiency, maintainability, and quality.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications :
3+ years of professional software development experience (5+ years preferred).
Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with agile development practices.
Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with programming languages (Java, JavaScript).
Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL) and AWS Cloud is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Salary : $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience
