KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate to enhance our Business Tax Services within the Real Estate practice.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive advice to clients on corporate, partnership, and real estate tax services, including planning, research, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver due diligence and tax structuring services while communicating insights and opportunities to clients.
- Support clients in addressing pressing issues, which may include bankruptcy planning, out-of-court workouts, debt restructurings, tax basis, earnings and profits, and Section 382 studies.
- Coordinate with finance, accounting departments, and tax advisors of target companies to gather essential information for tax risk analysis.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
