Maintenance Manager Job Description : Masis Professional Group has an immediate need for a Maintenance Manager for a very well-established and growing Manufacturing firm in the Palm Beach County, FL area on a full-time direct hire basis. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the maintenance department, including personnel management, resource allocation, and strategic planning. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of equipment and facilities through effective maintenance practices and processes.

Essential Functions

• Develop and communicate departmental goals, objectives, and performance metrics, aligning them with organizational priorities and business objectives.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and extend asset life.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule, ensuring that maintenance activities are scheduled and executed efficiently to support production operations.
• Responsible for maintenance programs such as CMMS administrator, PM program, Work order management and product data management program.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices related to maintenance activities.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing maintenance processes, increasing equipment reliability, and reducing costs.
• Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
