Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with deep expertise across the Salesforce platform and a strong background in architecting, developing, and delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations. This role is ideal for someone with a combination of strong coding skills, architectural knowledge, and leadership ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce applications using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC / Aura), and Force.com
- Architect and implement scalable, performance-optimized solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions using Salesforce best practices
- Define system architecture and identify gaps between current and future state solutions
- Oversee and guide CI / CD processes using Copado, Git, and other DevOps tools
- Drive best practices in code versioning, environment strategy, release management, and governance
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and architecture standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and structured manner
- Stay abreast of Salesforce roadmap, new features, and emerging technologies
