Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Initial duties will consist of :

• Assist with deployment of ServiceNow to automate or replace existing HR and IT processes
• Maintain company intranet (HTML and SharePoint) and public website (DNN)
• Resolving support tickets relating to assigned areas
• Work with internal customers and IT Business Analysts to define software requirements based on end goals and customer needs
• Document system interfaces and architecture for internal IT reference
• Create end user documentation as needed

As ServiceNow deployment is completed, ServiceNow development is expected to slow down and this role will begin assisting in other development areas, including :
