Behavioral analysis of website and / or mobile app usage across full digital ecosystem including transactional commerce flows and content consumption
Emphasis on friction point and journey analysis in support of experience improvement, persona development, demand, and conversion optimization questions
Potentially participate in predictive analytics deliverables including data exploration and feature development
Ability to independently coordinate with Cast resources, effectively communicate analytical methods and synthesize findings

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s degree in analytical / quantitative field – e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, engineering, etc.
Relevant years of analytical and digital experience in relevant field
Primarily utilize Adobe toolsets (Workspace, CJA, etc.), but ability to work with raw and aggregate data in SQL would be ideal
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Proficiency in, R, and / or Python programming languages
Interest in machine learning and artificial intelligence
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment
Ability to deliver work on-time
