Security Assistant

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Security Assistant with a Top Secret Clearance to join our team in Springfield, VA.

Position Requirements :

• Minimum of two years of experience performing administrative support functions directly related to personnel security vetting processes.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Must be organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills commensurate with the demands of the PSA position.
• Demonstrated ability in the efficient use of Security Case Management Systems.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Experienced user of NP2, DISS, and NBIS applications, with special emphasis on e-App, JVS, and CVS.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate and grammatically compose content using the English language.
• Ability to multi-task and handle heavy workloads.
• The PSA must be favorably adjudicated for a Secret Clearance position and enrolled in a CE program to support role.
