This position is responsible for providing advanced technical and operational business system support. Performs needs assessments to determine business requirements and implements functional specifications to assigned systems. Ensures that developed solutions support Bank objectives through reporting and analysis activities. May involve elements of system testing or development.
Responsibilities
- Perform business system analysis associated with change requests, projects, assessments, and production issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for system functionalities, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Map, analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and align with organizational goals
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including user stories, use cases and process flows
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives
- Source, compile and analyze data to understand detailed data flows, identify business needs and support decision-making
- Support the design, configuration and deployment of IT systems to meet business requirements
- Create and maintain documentation, such as functional specifications, user guides, and process diagrams
