As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that may help to deter security-related incidents. You will support employees and visitors with customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry points and public areas for unusual activity, assist with access control as assigned, and help to direct visitors to appropriate check-in and/or service areas.
• Complete written reports and activity logs, document incidents accurately, and participate in required briefings and/or trainings.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• A guard card and/or security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
