Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a school-based opportunity for the entire school year? Cell Staff is a nationwide healthcare staffing agency that partners with school districts to connect them with experienced therapy professionals. We are currently seeking dedicated SLPs to support students across Pasco County Schools.

Full-Time School Locations

  • Pasco Elementary School
  • Seven Springs Elementary School

Full-Time Position Details

  • Schedule : Monday–Friday (School Hours)
  • Contract Length : Entire School Year
  • Pay Rate : $62 / hr
  • No Weekends
  • Phone / Virtual Interview

    • Part-Time School Locations

  • Fivay High School
  • Moon Lake Elementary School
  • Pine View Elementary School

    • Part-Time Position Details

  • Flexible Part-Time Schedules Available (1-3 days a week)
  • Contract Length : Entire School Year
  • Pay Rate : $62 / hr
  • No Weekends
  • Phone / Virtual Interview

    • Speech-Language Pathologist Duties

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation per district and state requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in required meetings, trainings, and case reviews

    • Qualifications

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (required)
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Ability to pass all school district background and clearance requirements
